Mr. Fleischer graduated New York University in 1982. He received a Regents Diploma after graduating J.F. Kennedy H.S. in Riverdale, New York as General Organization President. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America in 1974.

He has been married to Bonnie since 1986 and they have two sons, Max born in 1994 and Sam born in 1999.
